These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
